There's a new BBC broadcast on co-creation, which also discusses the LEGO example. (the broadcast will be deleted after one week)

Hi Thomas, great post. I've already read it twice to really absorb the whole idea. Transferring the principles behind a good interview to crowdsourcing really makes sense to me. Perhaps we could look at some first generation co-creation tools, and test them on the six criteria? It could deepen our insight in how to adapt the six steps to crowdsourcing.

- LEGO Factory
- Nespresso Design
- Peugeot Design Contest
- ...

I think the largest problem is that most of today's product design platforms don't provide an intuitive toolbox for users to build, create, and play with. The LEGO factory is ahead on the competition in this field. Putting it into your framework, step 1 is crucial in my opinion. Which other initiatives are out there at this moment?
